The Founders

As career REALTORS® in Eugene, Oregon, Dave and Pam founded Eugene’s Alternative in 1999 after successful careers with Century 21 and RE/MAX. They envisioned a real estate company that embodies the values and qualities that make Eugene unique.

Since 2014, Pam and her daughter Tawnya have co-owned Eugene’s Alternative, REALTORS®, keeping the business in the family and bringing you a combined 40+ years of experience as of 2024. Locally owned and operated with a team of five agents consisting of family and friends, we value building relationships with clients and the community.
